Closing the enforcement gap
Every report is independently reviewed for credibility and evidence, then referred to five bodies at the same time.
Accountability no longer depends on which single office a complaint happens to land on. A report that stalls in one place is already sitting on four other desks.

Limits
The limits we set on ourselves
- We never publish names. The public figures are counts by county and by sector, with any number small enough to identify someone withheld.
- A report is passed on as an allegation, never as a finding. The bodies that receive it decide what it is worth.
- We only accept reports about people in public office, or standing for it. Anyone else is out of scope and the report is closed.
- We do not offer legal protection, because no Kenyan statute provides it. We say so plainly rather than implying a safety we cannot deliver.
How we treat reporters
Many of the people who use this site work alongside the person they are reporting. No IP address is stored against a report. Photographs have their location and device data stripped before storage. There is no analytics and no third-party script of any kind. The reference number is written to look like a phone number so it can sit in a contacts list without drawing attention.
