Method
How these figures are put together
- Only reports a COFEK reviewer has read and assessed are counted. A report that has just arrived is not in these numbers.
- People are counted, not reports. Ten reports about one person count once, so a campaign against an individual cannot inflate the total.
- Any county or sector with fewer than 5 is withheld, and if only one would be withheld a second is withheld with it. One hidden figure can be worked out by subtracting the rest from the total, so hiding one alone hides nothing.
- Figures lag the reports by at least 24 hours, so nobody can send a report and watch a county change.
- No name, organisation or allegation is ever published on this site.
